Understanding Americans

I just cant imagine half the things that run through american's heads.

All today, I have been bombarded by raging idiots.

Driving to meet up with a friend, I get stuck behind someone who i guess finds it amusing to drive 15 MPH less than the speed limit. How ignorant?! What if someone is running late for work, or needs to get home where there kid is alone or the babysitter has to leave?! What the hell has become of America?

That is just the beginning.

One of my biggest pet peeves is when people drive and talk on their phones. OMG! Is talking really so important that you have to hold the phone up with your shoulder, thus eliminating 20% of you turning capability? I think driving and talking on your phone should be illegal. (Unless you have a headset device such as a bluetooth.) I personally have one, and I use it while driving. It's safer, and not to mention, HANDS FREE so I can focus on driving, since your car is considered a deadly weapon if you do hit someone.

FUCKING THINK PEOPLE!

In Port Orange, there is this shopping center that is designed after a European style market. Open mall areas, parking all around, beautiful landscapes and such. It's a shame that this is america and no on has appreciation for learning how to properly use a 'ROUNDABOUT'. It is a fairly simple concept that is EASY to follow! You drive up to the opening, yeild as you enter, and continue until you reach your desired exit, and exit. It is so easy, I am sure a toddler could do it. Check this:

Now, if american's can not do this, how are they supposed to do this:

This is Swindon's Magic Roundabout, in Wiltshire, England.

In the long run, I have concluded:
Roundabouts in the US = EPIC FAIL

So, driving home, I notice that someone has managed to somehow drive down into a roadside ditch and flip their car over. This could be caused by one of the following:

1. Person was texting on their phone and veered off into the ditch
2. Someone went to switch lanes and didn't see her, and she had no where else to go
3. Eating food and forgot to pay attention
(No matter what, it's because someone was ignorant)
So, I finally make it home, and what has happened!?

Some, idiot, has parked in our driveway. Don't know who, but I got inside and asked if the car is his rental and he said no, so I go outside and look at the car. I was going to leave a note on the car ... "Really?!" But he got all huffy and saying if they are temperamental that they will vandalize our house. I highly doubt it. But I ended up getting him to walk over and ask them to move their car. If it was there for 30 more minutes, I would have had it towed. I am sorry, but for you to park in someone elses driveway?! I mean, how RUDE?!

Another Day in Paradice...

Keep telling yourself that.

So, Once again, I find myself, at home.
With school starting up this past month, I've been out and about more... Thank GOD!

You know, it's times that I'm out of the house that I feel free.
I get to act how I want to, not how I feel I should.

I miss my high school days where I was so carefree and did what I want.
Things were just more, fun!

I guess you could say that and I miss Gainesville. I could always find something to do. I mean, going over
to a friends house was fun too. But idk about now. I guess, at this point, that I feel like if I'm
at someone's house, he has to know.

I feel bottled up.

Vainity

The Life of Me - Vanity

So, for the past umpty-dumpty years, I've taken pictures of myself. As most people, especially younger people, do. My boyfriend things I'm vain, but I consider it confidence. I know what I like to look like in pictures and I like to show my body. I believe I've worked hard, and still do, to keep in shape and look good, so I can photograph it and get commented on it.

So, I honestly don't care what he thinks about it, but I figured since it came up today,
I'd just leave this here! ^_^

On another note. I've recently decided that, as I live in Daytona, and Bike week is soon to come... Beginning of March, I will be leaving town for the week! I can't stand Bike week! If you think driving down the road with a few motorcycles around you is bad enough, try an entire TOWN full of them!! It's the worst thing ever! So I'm planning on leaving for that week. I will take the opportunity to see my family and friends in Gainesville. I can't wait! =D

Beginning Again

So I know that there is a lot to put into blogging, and I can not really say that I tried last year, then again; I did not really try last year to even write much. So, This year I am making myself sit down more and write, or ramble, more about what is going on.

I've been trying to take myself seriously lately, but it is all a joke sometimes. I was walking at work and hit my hand on a painting that is mounted on the wall, long story short, I bruised my hand and it's still a little numb.

I got home today and Bobby was giving me a hug and I freaked out because I looked over at the sink and I found this:

I couldn't help but laugh. That FACE!

I can not wait for school to start back up. It is quite nice to keep myself busy with school work. Work just isn't enough. I'd like to have a class where I can actually make friend that do not mind hanging out. I could use a few more friends that have time to hang out. I have Art Appreciation and Event Risk Management. I'm excited! I start back up on the 18th.

I have somehow managed to rip my contacts, so I'm stuck wearing glasses. I'm not too thrilled about it but they work. I have to wear them to work and while driving, due to my horrifically bad vision. I guess things could be worse, I could just loose my eyesight all together.

Oh well... I'll post some more soon.

Peace out!
